Decided to make a 10lb turkey roast on Sunday for dinner. Had a ton of leftovers so I put the following recipe together.
Turkey and Hominy White Chili (crock pot).
Ingredients
1 can Chicken broth
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1-2lbs cubed (leftover) turkey
2 cans Great Northern beans
1 can yellow or white hominy (drained)
1 small can chopped green chili's
1 package of taco seasoning
1 stalk of celery diced small
1 medium onion diced small
Mix everything together in the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours
stirring every 2-3 hours. Serve with sour cream and green onion.
